Luxury Flats in Suzhou

These apartments are part of a new large high rise residential development. The building was originally designed and built as a commercial office building and was converted to luxury flats and serviced apartments. L2ds designed many units in this tower.

The design features and materials for the floor, walls and ceiling are intended to help delineate the spaces. Sliding glass panels can be closed to enclose the kitchen and other spaces throughout the apartment.

The unit has three bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a 5 piece en-suite bathroom and walk in closet dressing room.
